Cancellations and Refunds Before 24 Hours of Booking Time
Bookings can be cancelled and fully refunded if the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Refunds will be processed within 1 to 5 working days and issued using the original payment method.
No Refunds Within 24 Hours of Booking Time
Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. This policy is in place to ensure efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
